Award-winning author Colleen Driscoll is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her books, Piper the Elf Trains Santa, Piper the Elf and Santa’s Rockin’ Band, and Piper the Elf’s Big Surprise are Mom’s Choice Award recipients.
