June 19:
Juneteenth
- 11:00 am: WV State Delegate Danielle Walker reads All Different Now: Juneteenth, the First Day of Freedomby Angela Johnson
- 1:00 – 3:00 pm: Cookout/potluck at the Elkins City Park small pavilion
- 5:00 pm: History lecture at library by Dr. Cicero Fain “Celebrating Black Appalachia and Appalachians”
- 6:00 pm: After hours screening of Hidden Figures
