The London Book Festival Names Nine Headline Book Titles for 2026 Awards

LONDON:_New releases The Ridiculous Party and A Tale of Two Seeds are named Runners Up for Best Children’s Book at the 2026 London Book Festival.

The London Book Festival considers books in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Italian in the competition. The entries are judged by a panel of industry experts using the following criteria: 1) General excellence and the author’s passion for telling a good story and 2) The potential of the work to reach a wider audience.

A collection of stories told by those who bore witness to Christ and his many miracles is the grand prize winner of the 2026 London Book Festival, which celebrates the best of international publishing.

Author Steven Manchester’s Divine Witnesses (Luna Bella Press)  imagines scenarios featuring Biblical characters interacting with Jesus, applying lessons and miracles to modern-day challenges. Divine Witnesses bears witness to Jesus Christ’s three-year ministry from a myriad of different perspectives.
