Cynthia Dobbins lives in Clarksburg, WV with her family. She is the author of two children’s books based on her granddaughter, Rose, who also co-authored and co-illustrated the books. Cynthia is part of the Headline Kids School Show Program and a Mom’s Choice Award Honoree.
