Dr. Raymond Keller, a.k.a., the “Cosmic Ray,” and author of Venus Rising (Headline Books, 2015), will be discussing the Venusian presence and their mission on Earth at the Wednesday, 16 March 2016 meeting of the Lima Area UFO Research Associates (LAURA), to be held at the New Creation Lutheran Church, 2701 Allentown Rd., Lima, OH 45805, from 7 to 9 p.m. Dr. Keller will also answer any questions about the planet Venus and its inhabitants and sign books.
