If there’s one thing Cade Foster is good at, it’s catching bad guys. As a superspy for Uncle Sam, he’s caught his fair share of criminals. But now, nearly a year after a mission gone wrong killed his best friend and teammate, there’s only one criminal he wants.
And he’s not the only one.
Sloane “Bullet” Easton wasn’t there when her brother died, but she will do whatever it takes to see justice done. She chose to trade in her stable lifestyle for the unpredictable, and she’s never looked back. But, when a break in a case leads her to the one man she never expected to see again, she begins to question whether it’s justice she seeks, or answers to questions only Cade can answer.
As the stakes get higher and their target becomes ever more elusive, will Cade and Sloane find a way to work together? Or will their secrets drive them even further apart?

After losing his best friend, Beck Easton, in a mission gone wrong, superspy Cade Foster is overwhelmed by grief and guilt. He wants nothing more than to bring down hardcore criminal mastermind Jack Doyle, the man behind Beck’s death. When intel reveals Doyle’s presence in France, Cade flies into the country with his handler’s blessing. However, Cade may not be the only one hunting for Doyle. Newly recruited into the covert intelligence ranks, Sloane Easton, Beck’s sister, is also in France on the same mission as Cade. Sloane is after justice for her late brother. Their handler intentionally kept them in the dark about each other. It is bad enough that they share a fraught history and enough “unresolved business.” As their missions collide, Cade and Sloane find themselves stuck together. Facing a dangerous, elusive enemy, and with the stakes high, can the pair work out their differences and accomplish their mission? Find out in Krista Beggan’s A Life Saving Bullet.
