Team building for high school age students to adults. Using examples from Teddy Bear Helps on the Farm, this workshop will show how to build leadership skills and good working relationships with others to achieve a common goal. Excellent for Vocational Schools, too!

Bear Company’s products are proudly made in West Virginia. Founded in 1995 by a group of church friends to honor Emery Glenn Moore, Jason Lynch has grown this basement business into a cottage-based manufacturing company that employs people who work out of their homes, many with disabilities. Lynch was also awarded the 2005 Top Toy Producer for Tamarack, Best of West Virginia, located in Beckley,WV and
the 2007 Generation Next 40 under 40 from the West Virginia State Business Journal.

Jason Lynch graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1995 as a Laut Honor Scholar in Business Management and was awarded the 1995 Arch Bishop Swint medal for Community Service there. He graduated from Ohio University with a Masters in Health Administration in 1996.
