Keep it Moving! Award Winning author and therapist, Rusty McQuade, is a popular speaker and has several workshops geared to all ages.
She developed Stickyman Movements for seniors to help maintain independence and for teachers and parents to help incorporate physical activity into the classroom and homeschool program. Stickyman has provided inspiration to many people to help them regain and improve their health no matter what their physical handicaps may be.
Rusty McQuade has presented at many conferences including VAECE (Virginia Association for Early Childhood Education) in Richmond, Virginia, The West Virginia Reading Association Conference held annually at The Greenbrier Resort, White Sulphur Springs, WV among others.
Rusty McQuade is a native of West Virginia and attended the College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA. She works with home health patients to help them maintain and gain muscle strength. A former Lewisburg, WV firefighter for eight years, she was also a preschool director for fifteen years. She is a ski instructor, soccer coach and referees soccer children of all ages. She is a Zoom Into Books author and was featured at the American Library Association National Conference in Washington D.C. in the Headline Books Booth. She is with the Headline Kids School Show Program and author of award-winning Stickyman Movements and The Tattletale Bathtub. She lives in southern West Virginia with her family
