About the Author

The author, a former builder and K-12 teacher, enjoys being a grandfather to ten little monsters of his own. A graduate of Winthrop University, he holds degrees in English and Elementary Education. When not writing, he is also an enthusiastic cook, an avid walker, and a long-distance trail-hiker. He and his wife live in South Carolina.
